We had a glorious time at Casa Colibris. The grounds are lovely, and the view is somehow both awe-inspiring and relaxing at the same time. Our favorite "room" was the rooftop terrace, where we could enjoy both the spectacular ocean view across La Poza and the serene desert vista behind the casa. And wherever we went in and around the casa, the soothing rush and roar of the ocean surf worked its way into our souls -- the ultimate in relaxation. Of the many highlights of our stay, I think our favorite was the thrill of seeing dozens of gray whales, both from the perch of the terrace and from the warm sand of the beach. When all was still, we could even hear the whales spouting from the terrace! We also enjoyed Todos Santos greatly, from the elegant food at Cafe Santa Fe, to the best tacos we have found anywhere (at Barajas), to the galleries, to the great fruit and vegetable market. And all of it was topped off by the warm welcome and graciousness of our hosts. We would highly recommend Los Colibris to anyone who wants to get away from the pressures of daily life, to experience the wonderful meeting of desert and sea that is Baja, and to enjoy a wonderful Pacific sunset in a place that feels like a home away from home. Los Colibris is a very special place in a special corner of the world.

After researching many places
in Todos Santos, we decided upon Los Colibris. What a great
decision! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our hosts,
and ushered into a gorgeous room, with a breathtaking view of
the ocean and a freshwater oasis. The room we stayed in was
exquisitely clean, well decorated, and above all, very comfortable.
We LOVED the bathroom! Showering with a nice breeze blowing
through the window can't be beat. Los Colibris offered us exactly
what we want on a vacation - absolute peace & quiet with beautiful
views, and accommodating hosts that were eager to share their
local knowledge. The location is great for travelers who want
to be a bit off the beaten path, but close enough to the heart
of Todos Santos to be minutes away from the terrific restaurants
and galleries that are scattered throughout this lovely town.
And being situated high on a hill affords Los Colibris with
sweeping views not only of the ocean, but of Todos Santos as
well.
Overall, Los Colibris is the ideal place to spend your time
in Todos Santos. Thank you Sergio and Bryan for making us feel
so at home!

We found a wonderful spot to enjoy
the stunning sunsets on the Pacific Coast. Los Colibris was
a haven of peace and tranquility. The accommodation was perfect
for our needs, plenty of space with a veranda from which to
enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of nature. Sergio and
Bryan give excellent advice on local restaurants and beaches
in the Todos Santos locality and we left with a wonderful impression
of friendly Mexico having enjoyed a high standard of customer
service. It was well worth the long journey from Europe.

We had the pleasure of staying
at Los Colibris in mid December. We really enjoyed all aspects
of our stay -- the view is spectacular and enables great sighting
of spouting and breaching grey whales. The rooms are artistic
and tasteful as well as spotless. Los Colibris offers the best
Todos Santos can offer -- easy access to the amenities in town
along with a spectacular ocean view setting. The final aspect
is the warm hospitality from hosts Bryan & Sergio.

Los Colibris is a nature lover's
paradise. Perched above a bird-filled lagoon, our room overlooked
ocean, hummingbird gardens, a palm grove, and a parade of passing
birds. From there we walked for miles along the beach. We saw
migrating whales and traveling schools of eagle rays. We hiked
in the surrounding hills and ambled in town when hungry for
fish tacos or amazing cookies from the bakery. We loved our
vacation, and recommend Los Colibris in Todos Santos for a romantic,
gloriously beautiful outdoor getaway in Baja Sur.

My boyfriend and I went to Mexico
for my 50th birthday. First we stayed in Cabo San Lucas for
three nights. It was very nice there but we were ready to move
on, away from the city. We went to Todas Santos and when we
arrived at Los Colibris we were spellbound. It is truly beautiful
there. The grounds are well landscaped with tropical plants
and the birds are singing everywhere. Our casita was charming,
beautifully decorated in a simple yet sophisticated manner.
The Mexican tile shower was gorgeous. It had everything we needed
including oversized beach towels. The view truly is what captured
us. It is nestled up above the ocean with a lagoon in front
and the mountains in the background. It was just outside of
town which we loved, quiet. There is a restaurant guide in the
room that gives great explanations of the local places. Restaurant
Santa Fe and the Giordino pizza place were our favorites. We
would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true quiet
tropical getaway.

It was our first visit to Todos Santos in April 2007 and we loved our stay at Casa Colina. The view of the lagoon, beach and ocean is fabulous and visible from many vantage points both indoors and out. We appreciated the binoculars and guide available to enhance our bird-watching activities (from the porch!) as well as the restaurant recommendations. We had everything we needed in this colourful, comfortable casa and Bryan and Sergio are warm and wonderful hosts.

From the moment we arrived at Casa Colina
until our departure, our family reveled in our
comfortable, well equipped surroundings, was
constantly amazed by the extraordinary ocean views
and was treated in the most congenial and hospitable
manner by our hosts who reside only a stone's throw
away. Any questions about dining, transportation,
sightseeing, swimming, and shopping were graciously
and efficiently answered. Our eco adventure tours
booked with Sergio were highlights of our trip. The
Town of Todos Santos is an undiscovered jewel of a
more authentic Baja. Many happy days were also spent
at the pristine beach of Los Cerritos where walking,
swimming, and surfing are extraordinary. A perfect score
of ten would best describe our experience!

Casa Colina is absolutely beautiful and offers so much!! There are 2 decks, one on the upper level off the master bedroom where we would drink our coffee in the mornings and one just off the kitchen where in the evenings we would sit out and drink margaritas and play cards. The house is perfect for 2 couples or a family. It is clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. There is an easy quick trail to walk or run down to the ocean. (quick, if you don't spend to much time birding at the lagoon along the way!) The whales like to breach and play right off the beach by the lagoon right down from the house. It is an incredible experience if you have not seen it close up. We have stayed in many homes in Todos Santos and this is our favorite by far!

Making arrangements for our visit to Casa Colina was easy and the communication with them was very clear. Outdoor living spaces abound. The inside accommodations are delightful and artfully spacious.Todos Santos and area activities access is ideal. Our stay was exquisite.
