Our outstanding guides, who are truly one of the best guiding teams in Mexico, add the magic. All our bilingual naturalist guides are certified Wilderness First Responders and NOM-9 graduates. They are all certified in Aquatic Water Safety, have American Canoe Association certification (Level 1 through instructor level), and NOLS’s Leave No Trace certification. Mexican Cooking Class

Los Colibris famed chef, Iker Algorri, hosts an amusing evening of cooking and cocktailing—Baja style! Craft the perfect margarita (secret ingredient revealed!), whip up fresh guacamole and chips, and finally chef up a traditional recipe. Be warned, music and dancing known to follow this fun-filled evening!
